This stunning granite built Victorian period property, just off the coastline of Cornwall, was in need of renovation. It boasts of tall ceilings, large windows that flood the rooms with light and an elevated position giving outstanding sea views to St Michael’s Mount from every front facing window.

Our client’s brief was to restore the floors, decorate and furnish the property ready for holiday rentals. We retained and restored original features where possible. Working closely with local trades, we were able to inject fresh life into all the rooms.
